There is a decent amount of corporate speak and I’m not sure how well he treats his people, but the fundamentals are inspiring. The dots being connected from his life experience to open the restaurants are nice. The little peak behind the curtain of what it takes to open a place is nice. I wish there were more books like this. It reminds me of shiba ramen and the ramen chemistry (https://www.ramenchemistry.com/) blog I read years back.
